FloSolve's venture into fluid and lubrication equipment began in 1991. Initially FloSolve concentrated on fitting SKF Lubrications Systems (Vogel) to on-road trucks and trailers, and later diversified into off-road equipment and fixed plant. Then in 1993, FloSolve acquired the distributorships for ADEL WIGGINS fast fuelling technology and GRACO fluid transfer and dispensing equipment, and more recently, in 2006, the ORLACO specialised camera product range as well as the range.
The decision to incorporate these brands were taken in order to align FloSolve more closely with the customers and markets that they serve - and to position FloSolve in such a way that we can bring innovative solutions to our clients.

Equipment Supply
|
- The supply, installation and repair of Wiggins fast fill systems. Originally developed during the Vietnam War to allow helicopters to be quickly and safely refuelled, the concept has since been expanded to cover the fast and safe transfer of most liquids. Flosolve supplies Wiggins Service systems onto heavy mining and earthmoving equipment for the safe and efficient filling of diesel tanks, crankcase, transmission, hydraulic and coolant tanks.
- The sale and repair of the Graco range of fluid transfer and dispensing equipment. Traditionally, customers have used Graco oil and grease pumps, hose reels and dispense nozzles to transfer most fuels and lubricants, but FloSolve have also enjoyed success in other markets - using Graco products to pump large volumes of food sauces, water, grouts, ceramic slurries and inks.
- The sale and service of the Orlaco range of specialised camera solutions for off-road, public transport, cranes and forklift machinery. This range is designed to eliminate "blind spots" around the vehicle and to improve visibility with fewer mirrors. A navigation and radar system can also be incorporated into the design.
- Design, installation and maintenance of SKF Lubrication Systems on all types of machinery. These SKF systems automatically grease every lube point without the need for maintenance downtime, applying exactly the right amount of lubrication to the right point at the right time...every time!
- Kidde Fire Systems is a leading manufacture of fire suppression systems for the mining industry. Kidde Sentinel is a fully integrated control, detection and suppression system, Kidde Sentinel is the first FM-approved aqueous suppression system for mobile machinery and vehicles.

Modular Solutions
|
Modular Solutions facilitate large mining groups in moving fuels and lubricants from their large storage tanks, through various pipes, tanks and pumps to the point of use without the liquid being contamined. FloSolve has developed and installed a number of such innovative modular systems, allowing assets to be easily transferred from site to site. |
