CASE STUDY

HIGH EFFICIENCY FILTRATION ON COOLING FLUID SUPPLY LINE

It was evident that the cutting tool suffered overheating damage due to the lack of cutting fluid which caused an extensive number of tool failures. Contaminated cutting fluid resulted in a blockage in the narrow cooling fluid canals within the cutting tool, causing it to overheat.
