INSIGHT INTO FLUID CLEANLINESS TRAINING
Fully operational machines are at the core of productivity. However, machine components are prone to wear due to daily use. These wear particles in the machine’s lubrication oil can cause increased friction, resulting in reduced machine performance. A comprehensive course on the world of fluid filtration and contamination control for the mining, construction, manufacturing and lubrication industries. The courseware is covered over 4 days and a certificate will be issued upon completion.

HIGH EFFICIENCY FILTRATION ON COOLING FLUID SUPPLY LINE
It was evident that the cutting tool suffered overheating damage due to the lack of cutting fluid which caused an extensive number of tool failures. Contaminated cutting fluid resulted in a blockage in the narrow cooling fluid canals within the cutting tool, causing it to overheat.
