FloSolve is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment for our employees. To express that commitment, we issue the following policy on Covid-19.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and to reduce and eliminate the escalation of Covid-19 infections in the workplace.
We will take all the required measures to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 as far as reasonably practicable. We will respond responsibly and transparently to the health precautions and implement evidenced-based control measures as published by the World Health Organisation and other governmental guidelines.
To curb the rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus a National Lockdown was declared. We will adhere to the lockdown protocol as confirmed in the Disaster Management Act of 2002 and the amendments of regulations as published.
We will differentiate between essential and non-essential services as published in the regulations and will issue the necessary documentation to employees when required.
We will implement the necessary procedures and resources as far as reasonably practicable to adhere to hygiene and social distancing requirements as published. Cooperation will be extended to others such as contractors, visitors, clients, etc.
Employees remain responsible for their own health and safety by complying with all acts and regulations and following the policies, procedures, rules and instructions as prescribed by the company.
Each employee has a duty to report any incidents or unsafe acts and working conditions immediately and report if you present with any symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing) of Covid-19 or if you have a positive Covid-19 diagnosis.
Access to the workplace will be controlled and any person entering the workplace will be screened for Covid-19 symptoms prior to entering the workplace.
Cooperation will be extended to others such as contractors, visitors, clients, etc.
We will monitor the current situation and will update this policy depending on the ongoing spread of the virus.
