The revolutionary new cartridge injector system from Graco establishes a new level of durability and serviceability by delivering double the life of current grease injectors while cutting individual injector replacement installation time from minutes to seconds. The radical new design doubles the output of current replacement injectors at a lower cost for unprecedented uptime as well as savings on labour costs.

Features

• Quick-Exchange Injectors
  Injector replacements take seconds rather than minutes using either a 24 mm or 15/16 in. socket – without the need to remove any lubrication lines.
• Locked-In Output
  Colour-coded output spacers dictate the amount of grease dispensed per lubrication cycle, reducing the likelihood of incorrect field adjustments during repair.
• Greater Output Range
  0.015 to 0.150 in3, nearly doubling the output of our Graco GL-1 injectors, reducing the need for cross porting multiple injectors in a system.
• Backward Compatible
  Uses same mounting pattern as GL-1 and GL-1 X series injectors that also match many competitive mounting patterns.
• High-Visibility Indicator Pin
  360-degree view of coloured indicator pin makes troubleshooting a breeze.
